| Members who purposely "ninja" raid loot will be kicked from the guild without warning - this includes obvious attempts to loot ALL drops from a particular boss. Accidents do happen occasionally - if you missroll on an item, you will be kicked from the raid group and will receive a warning. Guild kicks will be given to repeat offenders (this applies for members who do not follow the rules below as well). Unless otherwise specified in-raid, please no greeding of loot (the only exception is for the bear cub rank, who can only greed on items. See "How to Rank up in OoTB" for details on ranks.) - occasionally we will allow enchanters to greed for what's leftover, or allow the greeding of offspec items. For general purposes, assume the rule that no greeding of items will be allowed. Please only need based on how you're spec'd for the particular raid. No needing on healing gear if you come to the raid as DPS, for example. If you intend to respec, and would like to roll on gear for your future spec, please consult with the raid group. Priority always goes to everyone's current specs, but if an item is not needed, you may be allowed to roll on it. If you have any concerns about a particular loot item or loot method for a select raid, please voice it at the beginning of the raid. Do not expect us to answer your questions or change the loot method while we're busy downing a boss. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding our "ninja policies" or regarding appropriate loot for your spec. We can always be reached by email, private forum messages, in-game mail and chat, and vent. If a fellow guild member "ninjas," please report them to MBear or PBear ; any chat records or screenshots would help us sort out the situation if we are not already present at the raid. We would like to minimize "loot drama" as much as possible... if all else fails, we will be implementing a master loot system, which might take some time to coordinate

| For those of you who have received warnings regarding the looting of an item, we highly encourage you to set up your Ventrilo ( See Ventrilo setup thread). Members on Vent will be available to answer your questions in-raid regarding the proper looting of items. Use Vent to your advantage! | |
